Lost World Hotel Review

After writing about my Lost World of Tambun – Petting Zoo and Lost World of Tambun Hotsprings & Spa experience, I feel like I missed a huge piece of the puzzle if I didn’t write about my Lost World Hotel stay as well. This hotel is more than just a place to spend the night, it’s located strategically in close proximity to one of Malaysian historical landmark, Needle of Tambun. Here, you can witness the spectacular view of 400 million years old limestone hills just from your hotel room!

To make this getaway even more awesome, I got the sweet and bubbly, Mira Cikcit as my roommate and staying next door to my fellow beautiful butterflies, Syafiqah and Anis =) We really had fun fooling around besides playing makeup and dress up all day long! Back to the hotel, there are 174 rooms ranging from Classical and Exotic rooms to 4 different suites for you to choose from (Deluxe, Executive, Premiere and Super Suite).

If that’s not cool enough, I’ll let the pictures doing all the talking. The single bed as you can see is quite huge, you can easily fit 2 girls on it! The comfortable mattress on the other hand, really feels like home to me. Not only that, they provide Free WIFI access in every single room too, yeay! Did I mention that the room comes with two complimentary breakfast meals and two tickets to the Lost World of Tambun Hot Springs & Spa? Double yeay!!

Just like any other hotels, this room is equipped with a television set and lots of channels to choose from if you’re looking for in-house entertainment, a coffee/tea section for those who can’t live without it, convenience working area for business travelers, safe-box to keep your valuable items and of course a closet big enough for me and my roommate to properly display our outfits =) I love the fact we have bathrobes in our room, it’s the little detail like this that sometimes makes me feels so warm inside.

Let’s take a look at the bathroom next, shall we? There’s no bathtub unfortunately but I’m not worried, there are hotsprings nearby for me to relax and unwind.  Hairdryer, towels and toiletries (face cleanser, moisturizer, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gels and shampoo) were nicely placed inside the bathroom and if you fancy a shower after a long tiring day, there’s separate shower cubicle for your usage installed inside the bathroom too.

As much as I would love to spend the rest of my life here, our journey finally had come to an end. Thank you so much Lost World of Tambun for your great hospitality and service during our 2 days 1 night trip here and of course to The Butterfly Project for giving me lots of exposure and opportunity to grow as a blogger and introduced me to so many wonderful people in the process. If you’re planning to visit Perak soon, don’t forget to check out Lost World of Tambun while you’re there, you’ll love it as much as I do =) For more information and details, kindly visit Lost World of Tambun website & FB page.
